Peppermint has a cool, grassy, fresh and minty aroma that is smoother and cleaner than its cousins.  This is a powerful oil and should not be used around the eyes or face of children and is not for internal consumption according to the International federation of Aromatherapists.  When diffused this oil creates an uplifting and energetic environment and is a great pick me up when feeling down.
