Ways to Use Release Essential Oil Blend

Make a Post-Workout Massage Oil

Release must be diluted before applying it to the skin.

For an adult post-workout body oil:

• Add 6 drops of Release Essential Oil Blend to 1 fluid ounce of carrier oil.
• Mix thoroughly and label the finished bottle.
• Patch test a small area before broader use.
• Massage a small amount into tired muscles using slow, comfortable pressure.

Apply it to intact skin after exercise, outdoor work, gardening or other physical activity. The combination of massage, carrier oil and Release’s cooling herbal aroma makes this a satisfying way to care for the body after movement.

Massage Tired Shoulders and Neck

Long hours at a desk, driving, lifting or physical work can leave the shoulders and neck feeling tight and overworked.

Dilute Release at 6 drops per 1 fluid ounce of carrier oil. Massage a small amount into the tops of the shoulders, upper back and back of the neck. Keep the blend away from the face, eyes and front of the neck.

For an especially relaxing routine, apply a warm towel for several minutes before beginning the massage. Remove the towel before applying the diluted essential-oil blend.

Create a Cooling Leg and Foot Oil

Add 6 drops of Release to 1 fluid ounce of carrier oil. Massage the finished blend into tired feet, calves and legs using comfortable upward strokes.

This routine can feel especially refreshing:

Add 3–5 drops of Release to a typical 100 mL ultrasonic diffuser. Its cooling herbal aroma is a natural fit for home gyms, bathrooms, massage spaces and rooms used for stretching or recovery.

Begin with fewer drops in a small room and adjust according to your preference. Diffuse intermittently in a well-ventilated space and follow the directions supplied with your diffuser.

You can also place one drop on a cotton ball and keep it close while resting or stretching. Do not place undiluted essential oil directly beneath the nose or allow it to touch the face or eyes.

Make Your Own Release Roller

Add 3 drops of Release to an empty 10 mL roller bottle and fill the remainder with fractionated coconut oil or another skin-friendly carrier oil. Secure the roller top, mix gently and label the finished bottle.

Apply a small amount to the shoulders, wrists, forearms or other targeted areas. Patch test first and keep the finished blend away from the face and eyes.

Release Essential Oil Safety
